Eleno Castro

I am a Ph.D. student in Economics at Johns Hopkins University. My research focuses on the economics of education, crime, and economic development. Before starting my doctoral studies, I earned a Master in Public Administration in International Development from the Harvard Kennedy School. I have also worked in research and consulting roles with the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank, the Millennium Challenge Corporation, and Harvard University’s Malcolm Wiener Center for Social Policy.
